Includes Seats that have been Semi -Restored (refers to Original OEM Cover Seats) to Fully Restored (Recovered Seats): NOTE: ALL Seats typically include these services:

1. Pan stripped, blasted, chemically treated for any remaining rust,black laquer primed, sanded, painted w/ 3-4 coats of blk urethane. Restored better than new.
2. Our exclusive 'New Faux Foam" treatment applied to breather holes to give new foam appearance and keep old crumbling foam from falling thru breather holes (in Coral Red or Cream)
3. All pan hardware, springs, hinges, plungers, latches, rubber cushions are cleaned, derusted, painted, detailed, restored or replaced when possible with new hardware.
4. Cover & belt thoroughly cleaned, prep agent softens vinyl & tacks it for vinyl dye.
5. On original OEM cover seats ALL seam stitches & old threads are PRESERVED by applying full strength dye by hand with artists brush, followed by 3 coats of Pro Grade Vinyl Dye on entire cover. This acts as a preservation of entire cover & seams, NOT just a cosmetic restoration. Our REPRODUCTION seat covers are fabricated with marine quality high performance vinyl with UV coatings and assembled / stsitched with marine grade threads with UV protectants.
6. New Logo applied with custom color matched laquer-base dye (Silver Gray, Bronze Gold, White, Red, Blue , Black ). Logo is FUEL RESISTENT (unlike enamel), IE: it wont smear if contacted by gasoline or other engine related/ cleaning solvents.
7. Chrome/Stainless Trim Strips are removed and Hand Polished on Buffing Wheel and re-installed w/ new mounting hardware. In caes where chrome/ stainless trim strip is not salvagabale, our exclusive new chrome trim strip molding is installed.
8. New HIGH POLISHED / CLEAR LAQUER COATED Chrome Button Rivets installed when applicable on certain models.
9. Belt buckles are polished OR RECHROMED (add $50), or replaced with new, reinstalled on belt, and belt adjusted and reinstalled w/ new metric hardware to pan or frame.
10. Seat is conditioned with our 'secret formula ' conditioner.
11. Seat is bagged, and sealed
12. Seat is custom double boxed for safe secure arrival shippng (see CONTACT US)
